What You'll Do
Join the SAP Academy for Security & Compliance – a two-year rotational program designed for recent graduates and early-career talent. You’ll gain hands-on experience across SAP’s security and compliance divisions:
- Cybersecurity: Defend SAP’s digital infrastructure through incident response, threat intelligence, forensics, and vulnerability management.
- Physical Security: Safeguard global facilities and employees through access control, surveillance, and emergency planning.
- Security Risk & Compliance: Shape SAP’s compliance posture by developing policies, monitoring controls, and conducting audits.
A unique highlight of the program is an international rotation. You’ll spend part of your journey at one of SAP’s global locations, where you will:
- Work in a multicultural environment
- Gain cross-cultural communication skills
- Build a global professional network
- Learn to adapt security and compliance strategies to diverse regional contexts

What You Bring
We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to grow into future leaders in security and compliance. Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Public Safety, Security/Crisis Management, or related fields
- 0-2 years of professional work experience (internships and working student time excluded)
- A basic understanding of cybersecurity and security compliance
- A curious and agile mindset, with a passion for learning and the resilience to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate ideas clearly and effectively
- Emotional intelligence and cultural awareness that support inclusive teamwork and thoughtful stakeholder engagement
- A growing foundation in business acumen and emerging technologies – especially artificial intelligence – paired with a results-oriented approach and the courage to take initiative
- Proficiency in English and German
