Purpose and Objectives:
SAP SuccessFactors Preferred Success is seeking a Functional Specialist to join our team and provide consultant level expertise to support the outcome-based goals of our cloud customers. The Functional Specialist will play a crucial role in delivering tailored adoption recommendation services and large-scale adoption events for both SAP Preferred Success customers and their CSMs.
What you’ll build
The selected candidate will be responsible for remotely delivering 1:1 and 1:M adoption and consumption focused services and workshops across SAP SuccessFactors Suite depending on their area of expertise and certification. They will also act as a subject matter expert for their area(s), developing exclusive content for SAP Preferred Success HCM customers while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive the innovation and evolution of the SAP Preferred Success HCM offering.
What you bring:
- Associate Certification in at least one of the SAP SuccessFactors Suite modules (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll/Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession & Development, and/or Compensation & Variable Pay), and HCM Platform.
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Suite and in creating Story Reports.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical colleagues and customers. Additional languages an advantage.
- University undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field or other comparable experience.

The annual gross salary for this position starts from EUR 45,200. The final offer will be depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
