You bring solid SAP module and integration knowledge. You understand SAP solutions and end-to-end processes, particularly in the automotive industry. You have hands-on experience delivering SAP implementation projects and can provide relevant project references. You stay current on the latest developments in enterprise technology and architecture. You have a genuine drive to explore new topics and apply them in practice. You guide clients toward future-ready system landscapes built to last.

You also bring:

• Business acumen: you read business situations clearly and make decisions that drive client and organizational goals
• Strong communication skills in German and English, written and spoken
• The ability to build trust with clients and colleagues through expertise and follow-through
• Experience solving complex problems and translating them into clear architectural recommendations
• Leadership experience and a commitment to advancing technology and innovation topics

What you'll build

You design end-to-end solution architectures for our customers. You assess client requirements and align them with business processes and functional architectures. You guide your customers and project team to the desired business outcomes. You translate complex business challenges into structured, decision-ready recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing application architectures that meet functionality
• Conducting thorough client needs assessments and tailoring future proof and innovative solutions
• Managing stakeholder expectations and aligning them with project and organizational goals
• Positioning SAP Business Suite and cloud portfolio based on client needs and market context
• Driving AI adoption with clients and embedding AI into your architecture and delivery work

AI is not an add-on in this role. You apply context engineering and use agentic AI in your daily practice. You ensure responsible AI use in architecture decisions.

Where you belong

You join SAP Customer Engagement & Adoption Germany — SAP's consulting organisation. This team guides clients through digital business transformation toward sustainable cloud IT. Work begins with identifying and designing business processes and a target architecture. Transformation planning and project execution follow.

You work in the Automotive Project Management & Architecture practice. This group combines industry expertise with methodological leadership. It secures project success by filling key roles in architecture consulting and project leadership. You collaborate with colleagues across disciplines, geographies, and client organisations.
