What you'll bring

You bring more than five years of experience selling complex enterprise software or IT solutions. You have a track record in application and cloud software sales. You manage large transactions, long sales cycles, and team selling environments confidently.

You understand the Consumer Products industry. Ideally, you know the processes of food, agriculture, beverage, or dairy companies — from logistics to manufacturing to distribution. You qualify opportunities with precision, read complex customer situations, and adapt your approach to each stakeholder. You communicate complex ideas clearly — to buyers, executives, and technical teams alike.

AI is central to how you work. You apply agentic AI tools in your daily practice, use context engineering to get accurate and relevant outputs. You adopt new AI capabilities quickly and help customers do the same. You use AI-assisted automation to prototype and prepare materials efficiently.

You negotiate confidently and have experience renewing, expanding, and upselling subscription-based contracts. Fluent German and English at C1 level or above are required.

What you'll build

You manage and grow enterprise accounts across Germany's Consumer Products sector — food manufacturers, snack and confectionery companies, beverage producers, and dairies. You develop your territory, contribute to ambitious revenue targets, and identify growth potential within each account.

You work closely with internal teams to design solutions aligned to each customer's digital transformation goals. You position RISE with SAP — SAP's end-to-end offering for business transformation — and guide customers toward an Autonomous Enterprise using SAP Business AI and intelligent agents. You become the person customers call when they need a clear perspective on their digital strategy.

• Build and execute account plans with clear revenue milestones
• Qualify complex opportunities across long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Align each engagement to the customer's value journey — from first conversation to signed contract
• Position AI adoption as a core pillar of each customer's transformation strategy
• Serve as a trusted advisor on cloud migration, digitalisation, and intelligent process automation
