Unser Team konzentriert sich auf die Kernprozesse und Trends in der Prozess- & Konsumgüterindustrie. Unsere Projektleiter führen ambitionierte und erfolgreiche Projekte sowohl bei großen Konzernen wie auch bei mittelständischen Unternehmen in den Branchen Chemie, Pharma, Life Sciences und Konsumgüter.

Als SAP Principal Programm-/Projektleiter (m/w/d) steuerst und verantwortest Du den Erfolg von Transformationsprogrammen, Projekten sowie Co-Innovationen mit der Produktentwicklung. Daneben unterstützt Du das Account Team im Rahmen des Customer Lifetime Value, bspw. in Angebotsprozesse oder als Coach.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören:

• Aufbau einer stabilen Kundenbeziehung auch über einzelne Vorhaben hinaus

• Beziehungsmanagement zu den unterschiedlichen internen und externen Ansprechpartnern inkl. C-Level auf Kundenseite sowie beteiligten SAP Executives

• Steuerung der finanziellen Aspekte eines Vorhabens

• Entwicklung des angemessenen Vorgehensansatzes für das Kundenvorhaben

• Planung der Vorhaben in den relevanten Dimensionen Zeit, Budget, Personal

• Durchführung der Projektmanagementaktivitäten während der Laufzeit

• Orchestrierung der unterschiedlichen beteiligten SAP Einheiten in Akquise und Lieferung

• Anleitung des Implementierungsteams während der Lösungsumsetzung und Bildung einer Schnittstelle zwischen lokalen, Near- und Offshore-Bereitstellungskanälen und den unterschiedlichen Architekturdomänen zur Sicherstellung der Gesamtabstimmung

Was du mitbringst

• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Leitung von SAP-Transformationsprojekten und Programmen

• Grundlegendes Branchenwissen in Chemie, Pharma / Life Sciences oder Konsumgüter ist von Vorteil

• Nachweisbare Projektmanagement-Erfahrung in agiler und hybrider Methodik

• Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Programmleitung von IT-getriebenen Transformationsprogrammen

• Erfahrung und Referenzen in der Einführung cloudbasierter und/oder hybrider Lösungsarchitekturen

• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (fließend in Wort und Schrift)

• Sicherheit im Umgang mit C-Level Vertretern

• Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
