仕事内容

SAP S/4HANAや関連する製品（サプライチェーン領域）の導入コンサルティング。具体的には、導入検討時の構想策定および提案支援、導入プロジェクトへのリード/参画、導入プロジェクトの提案書作成及びスポットコンサルティングに従事いただきます。

応募資格

必須要件
•ERPのロジスティクスや生産領域（販売管理/物流管理、在庫/購買管理、生産計画/管理のいずれか）の製品知識・提案および導入ご経験を8 年以上お持ちであること。
•ERP導入プロジェクト導入メンバーとして、ロジスティクスや生産領域のチームリーダーとしての経験が複数回あること。また、プロジェクト導入フェーズの工程（プロジェクト準備、要件定義、開発、テスト、本稼働準備）について深い知識・計画作成および実行の経験があること。
•ERPのアプリケーション（ロジスティクスや生産）の導入検討に関する構想策定支援および提案支援の経験をお持ちであること。
•本職種が関連する顧客部署の担当者との間で、システム的視点を踏まえた業務的視点での建設的な議論・会話を行えるスキル、および経験があること。
•少なくとも一つの業界に対してコンサルティングが可能な業界業務知識・経験をもつこと。
•課題に対して、お客様に対して対策案を提示し、解決に導く等、問題解決能力をもつこと。もしくは、そのフレームワークが身についていること。
•困難な状況においても、社員・顧客と良好な関係を築ける高い日本語コミュニケーション能力をもつこと。また、グループ内の国内・海外コンサルタントと協業・連携できる、英語力・コミュニケーション力をもつこと。

応募資格（スキル・コンピテンシー）
•大卒相当以上
•日本語（ネイティブレベル）
•英語（読み書き、および業務の会話が可能なレベル。）
•ロジスティクス領域（営業、販売、購買、生産、SCM）の基礎的業務知識、および関連する製品スキル
•ERPロジスティクスや生産におけるアプリケーションコンサルティングおよびシステム導入経験（目安として8年以上）

歓迎要件
•導入プロジェクトの提案作成が可能な経験・知識をもつこと。つまり、何らかのソフトウェア製品を顧客に導入する際に必要な、アプローチ、ソリューション、タスク、体制、工数を論理的に想定でき、それらの妥当性を説明できるシステム導入知識をもつこと（弊社製品であればなお可）。
•営業とともに顧客訪問しながら、顧客ニーズを正確に把握し、提案書を作成できる能力をもつこと。
•ERP以外の製品知識（SCM、CRM等）をもつこと。
•Advanced Business Application Programming言語知識、開発ご経験。
•自社製品もしくはサービスのロールイン、ロールアウト責任者としてのご経験。
•最新テクノロジーのアドプション（例：ビジネスAI関連）コンサルティングの経験。
•ビジネスAIのアドプションコンサルティングにも取り組んでいきたい方。
