What you’ll do
Drive Adoption Across the PE Portfolio
- Support marketing strategies to increase engagement with PE services and innovation topics
- Support the adoption of strategic services and innovation offerings at Premiums Services Americas customers & Max Success Plan
- Involved in campaigns across digital, social media, and a mix of virtual and in-person channels
Event Strategy & Execution
- Support the planning and execution of major customer-facing events, including SAP Sapphire, MaxAttention Forums across the Americas, and the MaxAttention Summit in Germany
- Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including communications, landing pages, registration tracking, on-site readiness, and post-event follow-ups
- Manage stakeholder communications and event registration processes to ensure seamless participation, alignment and engagement
- Support the planning, delivery, and follow-up for both regional and global PE events with a strong focus on measurable impact – tracking key outcomes such as customer attendance, engagement, follow-up actions, and solution adoption progress
Innovation Workshops Support
- Coordinate the delivery and structured follow-up of Max Attention Innovation Workshops in collaboration with SPMs, TQMs and Americas Delivery Hub
- Support SPMs & TQMs to by enabling consistent communication, documentation and follow-up motion that help drive customer engagement around innovation topics as part of the broader Premium Engagement strategy
- Create workshops invitation templates, messaging frameworks, and targeted outreach materials to ensure consistent and scalable communication.
- Support re-engagement strategies, and structured content plans that reinforce workshop objectives and drive follow-through on customer actions
- Support the maintenance the measurable impact by ensuring workshops include clear objectives, defined follow-up steps, and mechanism to track customer progress and engagement.
Tool Adoption & Internal Enablement
- Support adoption of internal tools (e.g., CALM for Services Issues & Actions), ensuring tool hygiene, data quality, and operational alignment
- Create and maintain internal templates, communication assets, and documentation to streamline processes
Stakeholder & Community Engagement
- Support SPMs, TQMs & Americas Delivery Hub, and global leads to support customer-specific requests, innovation alignment, and communication strategies
- Build and maintain engagement platforms (e.g., Teams communities) to enable communication and knowledge sharing across the SPM & TQM colleagues
- Manage collaboration platforms for effective cross-team coordination and internal enablement
What you bring
- Proven ability to manage digital, social, virtual, and in-person engagement channels
- Bring deep familiarity with SAP Services strategy and hands-on knowledge of PE delivery models to ensure alignment and relevance across all activities
- Strong experience organizing and executing global events with both internal and external stakeholders
- Skilled in working across global teams, time zones, and all levels of seniority
- Familiar with SAP tools and systems (e.g., CoPilot, Joule, Teams, CALM, HEP, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe) and reporting mechanisms
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and sharp attention to detail
- Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven with a “can-do” attitude
- Innovative mindset with a passion for introducing new ideas and improving internal processes
- Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Eager to learn, open-minded, and flexible in adapting to new challenges
- Committed to delivering customer value through strategic innovation and operational excellence
- Willingness to travel for events and meetings as needed
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 59,900 - 101,700 (USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
