Must be a US Citizen; this position requires access to customer data. All internals must have Manager’s approval to transfer.
Location: candidates local to our offices in Newtown Square, PA and Herndon, VA are preferred.
The NS2 Sr. Project Manager will provide mid-level leadership on selected projects in our emerging Cloud portfolio of products. This team member will be part of the Cloud PMO team at NS2. The Project Manager will support the planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and reporting of technical projects.This role will work with SAP teams, technical staff, Functional managers, and Senior Leadership to gain understanding of project requirements, track, and report project progress, as well as track and manage issue mitigation.
General Responsibilities: Manages medium to large scope projects independently and partners with or works under the guidance of Senior Program Managers on large complex programs. Detailed responsibilities include -
- Oversee and contributes to project planning activities.
- Manage the execution of projects tasks and milestones according to plan.
- Build skill set to evaluate project related situations accurately and identify viable solutions that create successful outcomes.
- Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues to manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.
- Manage the financial aspects of the project.
- Analyze risk, establish contingency/response plans, identify trigger events, and establish responsibilities for initiating mitigating action.
- Determine what constitutes successful closure for all parties. Gain acceptance and sign-off by all parties when closure is attained.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in the high-tech industry
- PMP certification
- Experience in Project Management leadership preferred.
- Experience providing customer service and managing customer relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels using metrics, data, and presentations.
- Strong multi-tasking and analytical/troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent team player with a high degree of integrity and passion who can work effectively both within the team and cross-functionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
- Experience with Service NOW SPM, JIRA, MS SharePoint preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and customer service skills.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 100000 - 216000(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
