Job Summary:

The Senior Partner Solution Advisor is responsible for helping to drive SAP NS2’s strategic partner relationships. This resource will help coordinate partner collaboration and position joint success across the different partner channels. This includes organizing, leading, and participating directly with SAP NS2 partners to better position technology and innovation for successful adopted across the cloud portfolio.

From the partner side, this role will also be expected to drive strategic initiatives impacting the partners, including supporting future innovation, as well as participating in enablement for the field sales level. This role will work closely with his/her SAP Partner counterparts and be a go-to expert to ensure joint success across all impacted organizations.This is a highly visible role that will interact directly with the various SAP NS2 Cloud LOB’s, senior level resources, and a broad variety of executive-level stakeholders inside SAP.

Responsibilities:

  • Legal engagement terms: Review partner contracts and negotiate beneficial terms for SAP NS2 and partners.
  • Relationship building: develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners through proactive and responsive engagement.
  • Partner lifecycle management: Identify, recruit, onboard, and support new partners, as well as manage and grow existing ones.
  • Strategic collaboration: Work with internal teams like sales, marketing, and product to align partnership goals with overall company strategy.
  • Performance monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships and make adjustments as needed.
  • Conflict resolution: Address issues and challenges that arise within partnerships to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work independently on topics while setting priorities and executing accordingly.
  • Host Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with partners and relevant SAP NS2 stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of presales / consulting / cloud solution experience (experience in AWS, Azure or Google) (SAP solutions: S/4HANA, Business Technology Platform-BTP, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft application (Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) skills
  • Willing to take responsibility and learn with a “Get-it-done” attitude, detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Goal-focused, team player with the ability to work in a cross-functional, ever-changing environment

Travel and Location:

  • 25% travel is required
  • Candidates who live within a commutable distance to Herndon, Virginia is preferrable

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 106300- 233400(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
