Job Description

What You’ll Bring

  • You'll have a strong technical background in SAP HANA Cloud integration, technical FIORI enablement, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud Connector, BTP, and SAC along with excellent management skills along with strong customer-facing experience.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a Science discipline (Mathematics, Computer Science, Chemistry, Physics, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of programming concepts, infrastructure and operating systems, and general database knowledge.
  • Clear, effective communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage confidently with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently, take full ownership of assigned tasks, and establish solid working relationships with clients.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and conflict‑management capabilities.
  • Deep technical expertise in SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA.
  • Experience handling sensitive, escalated customer issues in both team and individual settings, collaborating with support engineers when needed while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to oversee weekend and 24x7 support operations when required.
  • Skill in creating and maintaining knowledge documents to support customers and guide colleagues, contributing to ongoing knowledge quality improvements.
  • Preferred:
    • SAP Basis administration and troubleshooting experience.
    • SAP HANA database management and troubleshooting experience.
    • Linux administration and troubleshooting experience.
    • 3–5 years of customer‑facing delivery experience.
    • Experience working with S/4HANA Cloud environments.

What You’ll Build

  • Standard and custom SAP Cloud Application Services (CAS) packages that support secure NS2 Cloud customers throughout the run phase of their SAP lifecycle.
  • End‑to‑end operational frameworks ensuring smooth application, technical, and database operations in Cloud and SAP HANA environments.
  • Release upgrade plans and operational maintenance strategies that keep customer SAP landscapes secure, optimized, and running at peak performance.
  • Knowledge assets that strengthen internal expertise, reduce recurring issues, and improve the overall customer support experience.

Where You Belong

You’ll join the NS2 Cloud Application Services (CAS) Delivery team, whose mission is to maximize customer success by providing seamless end‑to‑end operations in the cloud. In this role, you will:

  • Lead CAS Delivery Teams composed of contractors, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of secure, mission‑critical CAS packages for NS2 Cloud customers.
  • Dive deep into complex issues and translate technical recommendations into clear, actionable guidance for customer leadership.
  • Help drive down total cost of ownership for customers by optimizing operational processes in secure cloud environments.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, or Science (Mathematics, Computer Science, Chemistry, Physics, etc.).
  • Good understanding of general programming concepts, infrastructure concepts and operating systems, and general database knowledge.
  • Excellent management skills with strong customer-facing experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of customers and management, both internal and external.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Ability to establish solid working relationships with clients.
  • Presentation, communication, and conflict management skills.
  • Excellent technical knowledge/experience within the area of SAP Netweaver and SAP HANA
  • Handle sensitive escalated customer issues in team environments and individual-driven actions (incident solving or real-time support) in cooperation with experienced support engineers if necessary while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Good technical knowledge/experience in the following area: SAP HANA Cloud integration, technical FIORI enablement, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud Connector, BTP and SAC.
  • Management and oversight of weekend support and 24x7 support activities as required.
  • Create and maintain knowledge documents to support our customers and help colleagues to prevent similar issues or requests.
  • Drive improvement of Knowledge quality in the area of expertise, both internally & externally.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • SAP Basis Administration and Troubleshooting experience.
  • SAP HANA database management and troubleshooting experience.
  • Linux operating system management and troubleshooting experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of customer facing delivery experience.
  • Experience working with software applications with deep experience in S/4HANA Cloud Environments.
