The SAP Mexico Next Gen program is a global-minded, strategic, paid graduate program that provides recent university graduates with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than a graduate program, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP Mexico Next Gen – Sales Support for Customer Success

Location: CDMX

Expected Start: July 2026*

Duration: 24 Months

The Next Gen position within the Sales department of our SAP entails a crucial role in supporting the sales teams. The role revolves around understanding and effectively navigating the solution capabilities of our company, comprehending the business processes inherent to ERP software & solution areas (LOB). The Next Gen will engage in tasks such as reviewing Quote support, tracking business approvals, connecting with the ecosystem, contract review, customer invoices, renewals & overconsumption in the cloud. The primary objective is to provide valuable support to the sales teams, enhancing their effectiveness.

Project and Deliverables:

The project involves actively engaging in various sales-related activities to provide efficient assistance. Key deliverables include accurate review and management of quote creation, comprehensive tracking of business approvals, support in contract review, invoices, and effective support in renewals, overconsumption tracking. The Next Gen's contributions directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process, leading to enhanced customer satisfaction, streamlined workflows, and increased revenue potential.

Business Impact:

This role plays a pivotal part in driving real business impact and results by ensuring the smooth execution of sales-related tasks. By managing crucial aspects such as quote support to sales team customer invoicing, contract review, and cloud consumption of our customers, the Next Gen contributes to accelerated sales cycles, improved customer relationships, and optimized resource allocation. This is not limited to supplemental tasks; rather, the role directly influences sales outcomes, leading to revenue growth and increased market competitiveness.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Up to 2 years of experience
  • A recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, economics, Sales, or a related field is required.

Position Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills to manage customer invoicing, appointments, and contract review.
  • Proficient communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in tasks related to approvals and project escalation.

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • Prior exposure to sales processes within the software or technology industry.
  • Familiarity with ERP software and its functionalities.
  • Experience in managing administrative tasks related to sales.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools for appointment scheduling, contract review, and project tracking.
  • The customer-oriented mindset contributes to positive customer interactions.
