What You’ll Build
The SAP Mexico Next Gen program is a global-minded, strategic, paid graduate program that provides recent university graduates with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than a graduate program, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
Position title: SAP Mexico Next Gen - Program Coordinator for SAP Next Gen Academies
Location: Monterrey, México
Expected Start: March/April 2026*
Duration: 24 Months
About the Team
The SAP Next Gen Academies for Product Management and Cloud Delivery accelerate SAP’s ability to build future‑ready, cloud‑skilled early talent. The team drives strategic workforce development across global organizations to support SAP’s AI‑First and Suite‑First transformation.
What You’ll Do
- Create high quality presentations, documents, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of Academy program materials
- Support project management activities, including planning, tracking, coordination, and milestone management.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across Product Management, Cloud Delivery, Academy leadership, and regional teams.
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and preparation for cross regional meetings, events and workshops.
- Conduct light analysis and summarize insights to support decision‑making
- Use AI tools, Microsoft 365, and project management applications to enhance content quality and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, structured, and excited to learn. You:
- Are an early‑career talent (recent graduate or young professional) with internship or initial work experience preferred.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Technology, or related fields.
- Have strong content creation abilities with a good eye for structure and design.
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office and curious about AI‑enabled tools.
- Work in a highly organized, disciplined, and detail‑oriented way.
- Communicate clearly and confidently in English
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Enjoy collaborating across global teams and time zones.
