What you will do
Position title: SAP Marketplace, Operations and Renewal Specialist – SAP Next Gen
Location: Bogota, Colombia
Duration: Temporary, 6 months up to 2 years
Estimated start date: March or April 2026
The Operations and Renewal Specialist will be responsible for managing operations, renewals, and terminations of partner solutions, in SAP Marketplace. This role will manage the execution and reporting on our partner process. The ideal candidate has a mix of operations and business skills, enjoys being hands-on with tools, and is a people person (can work with anyone!). You have experience with program management, business operations, but a good handle on business. As part of a highly collaborative team, you will not only support the strategic focus but also bring process improvement ideas to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement and manage partner renewal funnel.
- Build, execute and maintain partner solutions renewal from an execution perspective.
- Update renewal reports and renewal trackers that provides progress visibility to internal stakeholders.
- Engage with LOBs, Partner Managers, Finance, Store Operations, and Cloud Renewal Executives (CRE) to resolve order renewals and invoice inquiries.
- Assist in the renewal terminations process by working closely with the Cloud Renewal Center (CRC) team.
- Support partners with all aspects of renewal questions, included but not limited to renewal support and enablement.
- Assist with day-to-day operations, Health Checks and Bookings
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance regularly (every 2 weeks)
- Capture opportunities from a variety of sources and stakeholders.
- Managing data sources and maintaining clean database familiarity with Excel is a required.
What you bring
Education:
- Must be a recent Graduate of a bachelor’s degree.
- Open to various educational backgrounds
- Finished Internship
Requirements and Experience:
- 0-2 year of professional experience
- Sound business acumen
- Previous B2b experience desired
- Hands-on experience with partnering models desired
- Experience owning marketing or web page content
- Understanding of program management for web marketing programs
- Strong analytical skills
- Agile
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills – English
