What you’ll build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP Labs Ireland iXp Intern – Business & Leadership Support

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Expected start date to end date: October 2026 – April 2027

· Cross-Functional Collaboration and Project Coordination: Build strong relationships with core and extended teams, connect topics and stakeholders, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and coordinate roadmaps, timelines, and delivery activities to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

· Content Creation and Internal Communications: Draft, edit, and publish newsletters, emails, blog posts, articles, presentations, and other digital content, ensuring clarity, consistency, audience engagement, and alignment with SAP’s values.

· Campaign Support: Assist in developing and executing campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications activities.

· Event and Engagement Support: Support the planning, communication, and seamless execution of internal events, workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and other employee engagement activities.

· People and Culture: Contribute to a vibrant employee experience by supporting feedback channels, facilitating workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions, and gathering insights to inform continuous improvement.

· Creative Content Production: Support video production through storyboarding and basic editing, and create graphic designs for digital and print materials.

· Process Improvement: Gather, analyze, and synthesize feedback to improve communication processes, engagement activities, and the overall employee experience.

· Tools and Systems: Competently use Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams, while learning and applying SAP’s internal processes and tools, such as Ariba.

A growing foundation in business acumen and emerging technologies—especially artificial intelligence—paired with a results-oriented approach and the courage to take initiative.

Candidates must be actively enrolled in an undergraduate program in a field relevant to the position.

· Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.

· Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, support timelines, follow up on actions, and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment.

· Comfortable creating clear, engaging, and professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience with other Microsoft tools, such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Excel, is an advantage.

· Confident presenting ideas, collaborating with stakeholders, and engaging with colleagues across different functions and levels of the organisation.

· Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn. You are not afraid to ask questions, approach new information with an open mind, welcome ideas from others, and contribute your own.

· A proactive and creative mindset, with an interest in workplace experience, employee engagement, internal communications, events, or people-focused initiatives.

· Creative and digital-media skills-such as graphic design, video production, storyboarding, content creation, or basic video editing-are a plus.

· Preferred fields of study: Business, Marketing, or Communications.
