What You’ll Build

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – SBN Collections LAC & Brazil

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina. Sargento Cabral 3770, Munro, Vicente Lopez

Expected start date: May/June 2024

Duration: 6 up to 18 months

In this role, you’ll:

• Support Cash Collections Activities, ensuring accuracy of open items and aging balances
• Ensure accuracy of financial records through proper execution of collections activities, account reconciliation, and dispute management
• Monitor and report on aging, overdue balances, and collection KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities for cash flow improvement
• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve payment issues and accelerate collections
• Prepare and maintain collections procedures, process documentation, and working instructions
• Act as backup for team members, supporting portfolios and ensuring continuity in collection activities
• Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives related to collections, automation, and process efficiency
• Support the monthly close process by ensuring timely clearing of receivables, proper allocation of payments, and issue resolution
• Ensure timely and accurate customer billing follow-up and collections, analyzing pending invoices and identifying root causes of delays or disputes
• Manage and optimize collections databases / tools, ensuring data quality for effective tracking and reporting
• Drive process standardization and automation, leveraging AI and data-driven tools to optimize collections strategies, improve efficiency, and enhance cash flow outcomes
• Demonstrate a strong teamwork mindset, collaborating effectively across teams and stakeholders to resolve issues, share best practices, and achieve common collection goals

• Must be a university student
• Knowledge in MS Office tools (Excel)
• Advanced written and spoken English & Portuguese skills
