Meet your team

Join our Global Transactional Compliance team, created as part of a company-wide initiative to identify and mitigate bribery, corruption, and fraud risk. You will ensure compliant Procure-to-Pay (PTP) transactions

Procure-Travel-Pay is a global team of Experts and Specialists covering all PTP processes and tools. This is a junior position to enter the team, therefore advanced process knowledge is not required.

What you'll do

• Review and verify incoming supplier documentation (invoices, agreements, OTV requests) to ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal controls.

• Ensure 4eyes principle compliance by checking correctness of postings and related supporting documents.

• Daily communication on operational topics with teams based in Prague, Buenos Aires and Manila regarding operational topics and discrepancies.

• Processing internal and external queries received in shared mailbox and provide timely follow-up.
• Maintain proper documentation flow, including scanning, uploading and archiving physical and digital documents.
• Support administrative and operational activities related to invoice and vendor documentation processes and contribute to process documentation updates.

• Good communication skills

• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)

• Business or accounting education is an advantage
