What you’ll build

  • Support routine month-end closing activities, including journal entries, tax postings, and late postings.
  • Perform internal SOX checks and prepare documentation to support audit readiness.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of statistical reports.
  • Support KPI monitoring and basic data analysis to generate actionable insights.
  • Help maintain and organize team documentation, reporting files, and knowledge materials, ensuring information is structured and up to date.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and people initiatives that promote process improvement, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve and automate team processes using digital tools, data analysis, and AI-driven approaches.

What you bring:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Interest in finance operations, reporting, and process improvement within a global organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to organize tasks, manage priorities, and work independently while collaborating within a team.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural and virtual environment.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools, digital technologies, and AI-driven approaches that enhance team processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools; experience with data analysis tools or ERP systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Central Services is a global team acting as a central coordination point between General Accounting, LCA and LTM organizations, audit, Process Management, and other key stakeholders.

With team members based in Manila, Prague, and Buenos Aires, you will support the team in day-to-day activities, reporting, and internal initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in finance operations, data analysis, and process improvement within a global organization. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with international teams and contribute to projects focused on innovation and automation.
