Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Global Real Estate & Facilities (GRF)

Location: São Leopoldo, Brazil – Hybrid

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The Global Real Estate & Facilities Organization (“GRF”) helps SAP run better and is a key enabler for employee efficiency, innovation capability, employer attractiveness and ultimately SAP’s brand value. As a truly global organization, we are responsible for almost 200 locations in more than 70 countries worldwide, managing a real-estate portfolio of more than 1.5 million square meters in office space. In addition, GRF is responsible for operating the SAP Data Centers.

As partners for SAP’s business units, we strive for world-class office solutions and customer services.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • Support projects in various areas within the GRF organization
  • Create reports and surveys
  • Monitor processes and projects
  • Create process documentation and assist rollouts
  • Maintain master data on a global level in various tools, mainly meeting room data and building sustainability data
  • Collaborate with space management colleagues during update processes, maintaining data in the system efficiently and minimizing the impact on end users
  • Perform a variety of support work in accordance with the objectives of the
    GRF organization
  • Communicate with colleagues from different locations around the globe to ensure that data in the system is recorded according to their exact characteristics

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student of Business Administration, Economics or Information Technology, or related areas
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. Additional languages (e.g. German) are a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a hybrid team (onsite and online)
  • Self-driven and highly motivated
