About the team:

Join our team at SAP and contribute to making Talent Discovery (TD) the best-run organization in the industry. As part of the TD@SAP team, you'll play a vital role in bringing our global Talent Discovery strategy to life. This role offers hands-on experience in reporting, analytics, and various innovative projects, providing exposure to tools and technologies that will shape your professional growth.

Talent Discovery (TD) is one part of our People & Culture Board Area and is the place to be when you want to help attracting the best talents for SAP. Our ultimate goal is to create the best experiences for all our stakeholders, being the external as well as the internal candidates and also our hiring managers and recruiters.

What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP Talent Discovery iXp Intern (f/m/d)

Work Area: Human Resources

Location: Walldorf

Expected start date: August 2025

In this role, you’ll:

  • Support projects that enable our overall global Talent Discovery strategy
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy and relevance
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of analytics initiatives
  • Documentation: Document data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes to ensure transparency and consistency
  • Presentation: Summarize complex data into clear and concise presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and lead enablement sessions for our Talent Discovery colleagues
  • Work with and on new technologies, e.g., chat bot and AI
  • Work with our recruiting tool and ensuring a seamless global collaboration
  • Work on our communications that we send out to our different stakeholders, e.g., videos & email communications
  • Support the team in operational tasks and project work

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • You are a currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Studying preferably in the fields of business administration, psychology, marketing or computer science
  • Speaking and writing English and German fluently
  • Experienced in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint
  • Besides that, you want to go the extra mile, you are an outstanding networker and it is easy for you to walk in other people’s shoes
  • You enjoy working on different projects with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • You want to innovate and to challenge things and instead of problems you only see opportunities to improv
  • Location: near Walldorf to be able to commute to the office

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
