What you'll build
Position title: SAP iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Global Cloud Operations, Enterprise Cloud Services, Partner Management, Partner Center of Expertise (PCoE) team
Location: St.Leon Rot
As a ECS PM Parter Cetner of Expertise (PCoE) team, he/she will work closely with ECS Partner Program Managers, Technical Project Managers, SAP Partner tool development teams and other functional departments across SAP to create transparency about our strategic direction and successes, and to strengthen team identity. We are looking for a multi-tasker with very good various individual tasks management skills and a passion to provide our teams with the best possible experience.
As a ECS PM PCoE Intern (f/m/d), you are responsible for the following tasks:
- Support daily operations: Handle routine tasks, process improvements, partner data quatliy check and integration, quality check of reports and meeting minutes, and ad hoc reporting
- Support SAP Internal and Partner communication: Creation of SAP Internal/External Newsletters
- Maintain information and collaboration spaces: Keep wiki pages, SAP Work Zone, MS SharePoint sites, and MS Teams channels up to date
- Assist to develop and maintain delivery support materials for partners
- Support settings and execution of cross functional program governance
- Conduct definition of operations procedures with the partners based on SAP ECS standards
- Strong collaboration with ECS PCoE Program Managers (PMs), Technical Project Managers (TPMs), Security Officers, ECS Customer facing unit (CFUs) teams and SAP Premium Suppliers (PSs) for communication, partner data analysis, and for the partner enablement program
- Contribute with ideas for innovative and engaging communications strategy
- Able to work from the office in St. Leon-Rot at least 2-3 days per week would be a plus
What you bring

- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Applied Business Administration (or Marketing) / Computer Science / Business Informatics or equivalent (all fields of study are equally preferred)
- Knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) is required
- Experience with Atlassian JIRA
- Coding experience especially in UI development is preferred
- Basic Python scripting skills (e.g., for automation, data analysis) are a plus
- Excellent research, data management and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate effectively
- A proactive approach – the initiative to work independently in a self-directed environment
- Creativity, enthusiasm and a desire for continuous improvement
- Fluent in spoken and written English, additional languages are plus

Within the Customer Services and Delivery (CS&D) board area, the mission of the Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) organization is to Run Customers on Cloud, Simplify Cloud Consumption and Ensure reliability with high Customer Satisfaction. Within this organization the Partner Management organization is ensuring the successful delivery for our SAP Private Cloud partner-delivered engagements and managing the whole lifecycle from partner strategy over partner relationship management to technical project management.
The Partner Management Organization has the following priorities:
- Build and operate a world-class, efficient and reliable organization to support our partner-delivered customers' journey toward their next-generation business
- Help SAP customers realize the innovation power of SAP HANA and the SAP Cloud on a continuous basis
- Accelerate innovations on the SAP HANA platform (SAP Business Suite powered by SAP HANA, industries, and high value apps)
- Ensure the provisioning of system landscapes, installation of applications, and performance of upgrades & migrations by partners
- Provide project management and technology consulting for all partner-delivered ECS Projects
- Act as the main interface to the customer project team to ensure effective communication
