About the SAP Internship Experience Program
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern (f/m/d) – Business Analyst
Location: Waldorf or Frankfurt Germany
Contract Duration: 6 months
Work Hours: full-time (40 hours per week)
The Business Analyst will assist the analytics team with internal reporting requirements and stakeholder support.
- Learn how to turn data into meaningful insights and intelligence that drive business success.
- Assist in creating analytics requirements to make data report-ready for operations.
- Gain a better understanding of business stakeholders to see how they use data, how data impacts their jobs, and how we contribute to a great customer experience.
- Learn how marketing, communications and user support are impactful in analytics.
- Gain a good mix of technical, business, process and analytical capabilities.
- Work with stakeholders to develop business solutions.
- Works independently to gather information, pose workarounds, carry out necessary research, and provide an in-depth analysis to resolve production/application issues, customer requests and inquiries, escalating to a lead or manager when appropriate.
- Works in group or independently on side projects as needed and assigned.

Educational requirements
A bachelors degree (or in progress) in a business, marketing, communications, or analytics area.
Position requirements
Desired skills: Excellent verbal skills, ability to use Microsoft Office products- Word, Powerpoint, Excel.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
