What we do

Our Enterprise Architect RISE team in the Nordics & Baltics consists of around 20 experienced professionals dedicated to simplifying and modernizing IT landscapes. We champion the RISE with SAP initiative, promote Clean Core principles, and help customers leverage innovations in Artificial Intelligence. What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Events, Communication & PMO Support - Nordics EA RISE
Location: Oslo, Norway
Expected start date to end date: August 1, 2025 – Janury 31, 2026 (with possibility of extension)

As an intern with our Enterprise Architect RISE team in the Nordics & Baltics, you will work closely with passionate professionals to support a variety of strategic and operational activities, including:

  • Events, Marketing & Communication
    • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing internal and external events and workshops, including follow-ups and documentation.
    • Create and edit engaging digital content such as videos, landing pages, and newsletters to enhance our communication efforts.
  • Project Management & Administrative Support
    • Support PMO activities and help the team manager with forecasts, reporting, and administrative tasks.
    • Track customer engagement activities, KPIs, and value drivers to monitor progress in transformation initiatives.
  • Team Support
    • Help prepare customer workshops, meetings, and presentations focused on cloud transformation and enterprise architecture.
    • Collect, organize, and analyze data to assist the team in developing enterprise architecture models and customer success plans.

What you bring

  • Currently enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences in Communications, Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and graphic design/video editing tools such as Canva.
  • Basic understanding or strong interest in enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, or digital technologies.
  • Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with experience or interest in KPI tracking, data visualization, and process analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience organizing events with 20+ attendees is an advantage.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, reliable, communicative, and a collaborative team player.
  • Eagerness to learn about SAP solutions and digital transformation trends.
  • Willingness to work onsite at the SAP Oslo office 2-3 days per week.
