About the team:

As part of the DM Office, the Demand Management team is responsible for setting the governance of demand management and monitors the 4 phases to ensure the strategy and tactics are translated into DG execution campaigns. We work closely with all demand managers coordinating the touchpoints and following up end to end-to-end Demand Management process Framework. Also, we:

  • Guarantee the orchestrations of governance and ensure that the demand generation is being executed by all involved stakeholders.
  • Ensure a healthy pipeline is given with a focus on coverage, cadence, and quality.
  • Focus on conversion from lead to opportunity.
  • Support to nurturing of existing pipeline.
  • Collect best practices and report regularly on the performance.

What you’ll do:

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern – Demand Management

Location: São Paulo, SP, Brazil

In this role, you’ll:

  • Support Demand Manager Brazil Head with E2E demand generation process.
  • Application, Data, Reporting: Support projects related to sales supporting infrastructure (systems, tools, or applications).
  • Help create or coordinate related documentation or guidelines;
    Drive deployment and collect feedback.
  • Maintain and report on data;
    Deliver or execute standard reports.
  • Collaboration: Actively contribute to one team spirit. Share successes, learnings, and best practices.
  • Trusted Advisor: Deliver on expectations and with high quality to build credibility for future business partnering.
  • Process & Tool: Understand relevant operations processes and support efficient execution, tool maintenance, and projects for improvements.
  • Support Strategic projects in Brazil and LAC

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, proactive, self-learning, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. Also:

  • Self-learning and organized.
  • Preferred fields of study: Computer Sciences, Business Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field of study
  • Profound knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint advanced is mandatory), Power BI, and web-related / social media experience.
  • Strong analytical and design skills, team player, strong communicator
  • English: Advanced in Reading and Writing and at least Medium Knowledge in Conversation
  • Knowledge of the Spanish Language is a plus.
  • Good influencing and cross-group collaboration skills and comfortable working within a matrixed organization.
  • Creative thinker with a goal and data-driven orientation.
  • Passion for networking and for connecting people, enthusiastic, outgoing.
  • Good customer focus.
  • Good project/program management skills.
  • Action and detail oriented.
  • Team player with strong initiative who loves working in a fast-paced environment
