What You’ll Build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Customer Value Group People Office
Location: Hybrid - Newtown Square
Expected start date: August 2026
Working hours: Full time 40 hrs./week
As a member of the Customer Value Group (CVG) People Business Partner (BP) Enablement team, the People & Culture (P&C) BP intern will support the Global P&C BPs. This support will focus on Customer Success (Sales) and Customer Service & Delivery (Services). The goal is to help with strategic and operational consultation and projects.
Expectations and Tasks:
- Assist the CS P&C BP Lead and PMO team as they support the GTM People Strategy and the transformation within the Sales and Services Board Areas
- Support and lead initiatives for people. Focus on important topics and handle different requests. This involves gathering data, maintaining the organization, and submitting information to European Social Partners. for the P&C BP Leads and supporting PMOs
- Responsible for various organizational / operational tasks to include
- Ensure a high level of deliverable quality in communications and presentations for our P&C BPs, Executive Leadership team members, and employees
- Deliver high-impact data analysis, leveraging internal SAP tools, to provide people and organizational business insights (D&I, Hiring, Attrition) that enable the P&C BPs to drive measurable outcomes
- Bring AI capabilities and experience that result in efficiencies for the team and the Executive Leaders that are supported.
- Be an active member of the GTM People BP Enablement team by co-leading team meetings, and global projects, and bringing awareness of our services to those who we support
What You’ll Bring

- Education: currently pursuing a Bachelors or Master's degree in a related field. Graduating Seniors / 2nd Year Masters highly desirable
- Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program
Skills / Competencies:
- Solid business acumen, collaboration and communication skills
- Demonstrates proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and proficient analytical skills
- Familiar with a variety of AI tools and how to best use each.
- Thinks broadly and strategically about issues and yet manages detail
- Solves problems swiftly and individually, and constantly thinks on his/ her feet
- Prioritizes constantly, multi-task, and decides on the fly
- Adapts with a high degree of flexibility regarding changing circumstances
- Desires fast growth and development
- Culturally sensitive and able to work in a virtual and global environment
- Executive Level presentation skills
- Ability to deliver key components of the Talent Strategy across multiple locations and cultures
- Ability to lead global or platform programs / initiatives as require

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted annual combined range for this position is 15- 62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
