What you’ll do

Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Communication and Global Roll-out Management

Location: Hudson Yards, NY

Expected Start Date: September 2025

Contract Duration: 3 months

Work Hours: 40 hours per week

We are looking for a highly motivated student to support the team with the following tasks:

  • Work closely with product managers and the project team to build a best-in-class roll-out strategy
  • Assist Marketing Managers running customer events with our applications
  • Support marketing and sales colleagues around the world by enabling them to easily run their events
  • Design and create simple and easy-to-use guides for our applications
  • Share ideas and knowledge with a small team of experts in a dynamic environment applying agile methods
  • Support our team in improving the applications by gathering valuable feedback
  • Create content (write and design) and publish content on various internal communication channels
  • Engage in interactions with stakeholders and ensure a great user experience

As part of our team, you will get a unique opportunity to gain insights into the adoption of a newly developed application and actively help to create a communication and marketing strategy. You will be able to bring forward new ideas and expand your communication skills in a dynamic atmosphere.

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Education: Business Administration, Communications, Sociology or similar

Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program

  • Structured and self-organized working style with a strong attention to detail and quality
  • Creativity and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player that feels comfortable working in an international atmosphere
  • Humor and common sense
  • Proficient in English and German

The MTT Innovation & Business Services Team is a focused and flexible team specialized in the development of modern business applications. We are constantly on the lookout for new and innovative ways to drive SAP forward and inspire our users. We are currently working on four applications developed by us that digitize and optimize event management at SAP and our latest app leverages the usage of LLM and AI technology. By communicating these applications and representing the team’s spirit throughout the company, you will help driving adoption of our applications and directly impact the daily work of many users worldwide. Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 21-39 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
