About the team

The Center of Expertise (CoE) organization is responsible for helping our customers ‘run better’ and support End-to-End SAP implementations.

Our CoE Ireland Communications strategy aims to connect, engage, inspire, and inform all CoE colleagues. We’re communicating cross-channel as well as internal and external through multi-media opportunities and are always looking for a new innovative way to engage with the organization.


What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP CoE Communications iXp Intern
Location: Dublin


In this role, you’ll:

• Engage with various stakeholders to support communications and employee engagement for SAP Ireland’s Center of Expertise (CoE) programs and initiatives.
• Help drive the change management process for new topics in the organization by creating communications collateral:
• Carry out interviews, write articles, and emails for a regional and global CoE audience (employees and managers) • Create and post social media content for strategic communications campaigns to both internal and external sites (including newsletter, customer and employee success articles, various employer branding initiatives)
• Develop the CoE Ireland brand that is leveraged internally and externally
• Create video content to support and document several initiatives
• Coordinate and moderate internal events


The intern will have the opportunity to:

• Work hand-in-hand with our Center of Expertise Communications on strategic projects
• Learn about how global programs are communicated within a large, multinational company and what internal and external employer branding means
• Create and develop new communications initiatives and ideas • Understand how a multinational company is organized and what role communications plays
• Obtain insight into what kind of opportunities are available for careers in a large company
• Expand your personal/business network

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• To apply for an internship, you must be a student currently enrolled in an academic institution
• Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, English, Graphic Design or another related subject
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word a must

• Experience with video creation and editing is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and excellent writing skills in English
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
• Display professionalism and strong communication skills with both the CoE Ireland Leadership team and all employees
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible, eager to learn
