About the SAP Internship Experience Program
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

What you`ll do:
Location: Sofia (office attendance 3 times a week)
Schedule: 20/30/40 hours a week (can be adjusted ccording to your study workload)
Lenght: 6 months
Student status is mandatory
- Participate in Continuous Improvement activities
- Engage in a cross-functional collaborative environment
- Maintaining and updating roadmap trackers, timelines, and dependency maps
- Preparing meeting notes, action logs, and follow‑up summaries for cross‑team syncs
- Supporting backlog management and ensuring items are properly documented and prioritized
- Assisting with status reporting, dashboards, and communication to stakeholders
- Helping organize workshops, planning sessions, and milestone reviews
- Providing general operational support so the team can stay focused on execution and decision‑making
- Perform Service/System monitoring and Event Management
- Perform Incident Management with low to moderate complexity and ensure customer SLAs are met
- Execute predefined actions (Recommended Actions) to resolve incidents
- Escalate major issues to the BTP Cloud Engineering or Development teams
- Drive customer communication during critical events
- Perform proactive Problem Management
What you bring:
- Currently enrolled at BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Technical Project Management, or related technical field is a plus. We encourage candidates from all academic backgrounds to apply.
- Critical thinking and the ability to work efficiently in emergency situations
- Self-organized demonstrating strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Some experience in Project Management would be an advantage
- Fluency in English

The Global Cloud Operations (GCO) board area is responsible for the operations of SAP’s Business Technology Platform – the platform of the Intelligent Enterprise that includes technologies like SAP Integration Suite, SAP Extension Suite, SAP HANA, SAP Analytics, and Intelligent Technologies. Our teams in GCID TICO ensure 24/7 system monitoring, participates in incident management, and drives improvement via our problem management process. We work closely with the product development teams according to the DevOps principles.
