Company Description

The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. With its more than 2000 professionals, SAP Labs Bulgaria also has strong contributions toward life-cycle management, user interface & user experience across the broader portfolio of SAP products and has recently welcomed new teams focusing on business applications. PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

As an Intern in the SAP Globalization team you will participate in the development and integration of cloud solutions using cutting-edge technologies. As part of our team:

  • You will be part of a new team which is responsible for the development of cloud services using Kubernetes (Kyma), TypeScript (Node.js), Java and Spring, Microservice architecture.
  • You will learn how to design, code, test and operate our cloud services. It includes close collaboration with other international development teams that consume our services.
  • You will get the chance to work in various areas over time, thereby building a broad technology and application knowledge – including SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite. We will facilitate your personal growth and learning on our projects and allow you to explore possibilities for your career enhancement.

YOUR PROFILE

We're looking for motivated and curious individuals who are eager to learn. If you're a proactive problem-solver, you'll be a great fit for our team.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Solid foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
  • Familiarity with common Data Structures and Algorithms.
  • Experience coding in at least one language like Java or TypeScript (Node.js).
  • A strong interest in and eagerness to learn about cloud technologies.
  • A collaborative spirit with strong communication skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Student in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related technical discipline
