Company Description

Job Description

What you'll bring

You're studying business, information systems, or a related field — and you're curious about how organisations adopt and get value from technology. You think analytically, communicate clearly, and want your work to count.

  • Strong analytical skills — you break down complex issues and turn them into clear, actionable steps
  • Clear written and verbal communication — you document requirements accurately and align different audiences
  • An understanding of how systems and processes affect end-users and business outcomes
  • Experience or familiarity with requirement elicitation — interviews, workshops, Agile user stories, or use cases
  • A curiosity about AI tools — you're open to using them to automate workflows, craft smarter prompts, and build better processes
  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field

What you'll build

You'll help the Adoption & Consumption Practices and Platform team shape how SAP's solutions are adopted — gathering requirements, engaging stakeholders, and turning analysis into actionable insights.

  • Analyse complex business issues and break them into clear, actionable elements

  • Apply Agile frameworks and use case modelling to structure and document requirements with clarity
  • Track KPIs and assess the impact of implemented solutions to confirm business value is achieved
  • Build and maintain Experience Research dashboards to monitor feedback from customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate across enablement, change management, and IT teams to align objectives and support project continuity

Where you belong

This role sits within the Adoption & Consumption Practices and Platform team — a group focused on how SAP's solutions deliver value to customers. When you join SAP, you'll be a part of SAP Next Gen — a global community of students and early professionals with access to mentors, development programmes, and peers.
