Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Business Processes Associate Consultant
Location: Bellevue, WA
Contract Duration: 6 months minimum
Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Accountability
Responsible for delivery of assigned tasks
Directed in several aspects of their work
More straightforward tasks are accomplished without assistance
Provides technical administrative support
Complexity
Resolves issues with limited complexity within general work direction and clearly defined framework of departmental / functional guidelines and practices
Experience
General proficiency with tools and procedures required to accomplish the job
Communication
Develop collaborative work relationships within own team and within limited scope cross-functional
Communicates within works assignment clearly, in a way that others can understand
Communicates relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback within the team
Key Responsibilities
- Attend frequent meetings to gain a comprehensive understanding of the SAP business model, organization, strategy, and drivers. Follow up on meetings by taking detailed minutes and ensuring action items are addressed.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Business Partner on projects and perform other duties/responsibilities as assigned to support strategic objectives.
- Arrange domestic and international business travel, including making flight, hotel, and transfer bookings and reservations. Secure visas as needed to facilitate seamless travel experiences.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving by identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions promptly.
- Foster a strong collaborative team atmosphere by working in conjunction with other executive assistants to facilitate efficient operations and support.
- Plan and organize meetings with stakeholders, managing the logistics, communicating effectively, and ensuring schedules are adhered to. Execute associated expenses and bookings (such as for flights, hotels, restaurants, venues, and security access) with precision.
- Coordinate and organize team-building activities to enhance group cohesion and productivity.
- Monitoring budget: managing controlling and reporting activities on behalf of managers, e.g. creation, staffing and reporting on internal orders, reporting on cost centers and profit centers, creation and maintenance of C-Users
- Managing workflows and monitoring items like vacation requests, purchase orders, internal orders, distribution lists, inventory etc.
- Maintaining and organizing appointments, managing inbox, reading and responding to correspondence independently or as agreed with executive
- Strong judgment in prioritizing of manager’s/customer´s meetings and calls and managing set-up of global calls across multiple time zones. Ensure that all calls and e-mails are addressed, considering who it needs to be forwarded or delegated to, and with high-touch approach

- Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's degree program
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be attending meetings and interacting with employees
- Any exposure to a corporate work environment is highly preferred
- Ability to effectively manage a demanding workload and multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and process management
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and as a team player, being a “roll up your sleeves” contributor
- Good knowledge of communication and presentation tools (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
