About the team:

We are a diverse, transparent, and passionate for collaboration team with the goal of driving value to sales organization through Proposal Management processes.

The team has two hubs to support Latin America and Caribbean region, one with people in Spanish speaking countries and the other based in Brazil, so be prepared to collaborate and learn from different cultures and perspectives.

In this role, you’ll:

• Information Modeling. Multidimensional and relation data analysis.
• Generations of analytic reports. Data mapping and daily routine execution.
• Process automation, (Data extraction, formatting, calculations, consolidations, use and generation of macros).
• Data validation. Content verification, development of controls that will grant integrity of information.
• General support on everyday business activities such planning and reporting.
• Support main processes and tools: forecasts, partner follow up, performance reports, Invoicing, Consulting projects and Premium contract operations support.
• Monitoring the invoice process and invoices to be issue
• Analysis supplier contracts and monitoring status on System
• Analysis and Control Time & Material Accrual
• Support Small Projects and Controlling in Closing Period
• Support Project Managers
• Analysis Contract / Billing Part
• Tax ID verification, and other information as PO and confirmation for Customers
• Create Small project in SAP_ System

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. Also:

• Student of Business, accounting, engineering, economics, computer sciences, software, or any other business-related subject
• Good knowledge of English/Spanish (preferred)
• Good knowledge in Microsoft tools (Pref. Excel/Power BI)
• High level of motivation, reliable, disciplined, able to efficiently work under pressure, adaptable to constant change.
• Ability and interest to work independently.
