Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Business Area Controlling Sales Americas
Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina
Expected start date: July/August 2026
Duration: 6 months, up to 18 months
Schedule: Preferably in the afternoon
As an intern in BAC, you will:
Have the opportunity to gain deep insight into the Controlling function and its role as a strategic business partner within a global organization. You will support the full spectrum of controlling activities — from master data management to complex financial analysis, reporting, and process optimization — and directly contribute to SAP’s ability to make sound financial decisions that drive sustainable growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support the team in recurring activities including month-end and quarter-end closing, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting
- Assist with master data maintenance, validation, and clean-up
- Support ad hoc reporting and financial analysis requests from business stakeholders
- Work with SAP internal tools and platforms (including SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP S/4HANA) to extract, structure, and present data
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of dashboards and standardized reports
- Document and publish process descriptions on SAP internal platforms
- Proactively communicate and interact with team members and internal stakeholders across functions and geographies
- Contribute to BAC Sales initiatives focused on simplification, standardization, and automation of key controlling processes
- Experiment with AI-powered tools to identify opportunities that enhance team productivity and streamline routine controlling tasks
- Support the preparation of presentations and management-level meetings
- Assist with other operational and project-based activities as needed
What you’ll bring:

- Currently enrolled as a university student in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or a comparable field
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong command of Excel and PowerPoint
- Exposure to or curiosity about data and analytics tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or similar) is a plus
- Eagerness to experiment with AI tools (such as SAP Joule, generative AI solutions, Claude Code) to improve productivity and the quality of financial analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and evolving environment
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Quality- and results-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
