What you’ll build

• Support the ONE360 product team by taking over configuration tasks to further enhance the platform.
• Contribute to the development and integration/configuration of new features using TypeScript and/or Python.
• Support the prototyping and implementation of AI-based solutions (e.g., AI agents, automation tools, knowledge assistants).
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by collecting feedback and proposing optimization ideas.

What You’ll bring

• Enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Initial practical experience in software development using TypeScript and/or Python (mandatory).
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, web technologies, and modern application architectures.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts or experience building AI-driven prototypes (e.g., AI agents, automation scripts, NLP-based tools) is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM APIs, or automation frameworks is advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Basic project management skills and the ability to effectively work in an agile development environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

The team in SAP’s internal IT organization delivers AI Solutions, and implements SAP’s internal Customer and Partner 360° dashboards, empowering internal stakeholders with fast, secure, and trusted data. Our mission is to enable data-driven decision-making and efficient daily operations, ultimately strengthening how SAP supports its customers.

We are a cross-functional group of requirements engineers, data specialists, and developers dedicated to maintaining and continuously improving the ONE360 Dashboard and driving AI agentic use cases across the ONE360 data foundation.

We work closely with business stakeholders, backend engineering teams, and architects to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions with a strong focus on data quality and exceptional user experience.
