A área de Top Accounts é uma vice presidencia de vendas que atende os grandes clientes da SAP Brasil. A área possue clientes com uma sólida base de produtos SAP onde o time é responsável por ajudá-los a extrair o maior potencial de benefícios dos investimentos já realizados e também ampliar a parceria através de novas tecnologias que podem transformar o futuro dos seus negócios. Os níveis de relacionamento executivo nesse segmento são muito altos e a exigência por profissionais com conhecimento avançado em tecnologia e negócios faz a diferença.

O estágio:

Título da Posição: SAP iXp Intern – Administrative Assistant – Top Accounts

Localização: São Paulo, SP, Brazil

Nessa oportunidade você irá:

  • Acompanhar e gerenciar performance da força de vendas através de mecanismos de controle e relatórios
  • Suportar e monitor ações de marketing e geração de demanda
  • Organizar e participar das reuniões semanais de vendas
  • Suporte ao conteúdo para preparação de reuniões executivas para o time interno de vendas e ações de comunicação com clientes
  • Organizar e administrar as agendas dos executivos, providenciando as convocações para reuniões e as reserva de salas;
  • Coordenar as viagens nacionais e Intenacionais dos executivos, incluindo providências de passagens, reserva de hotel, aluguel de carro (quando necessário), etc
  • Lançar as despesas de viagens dos Executivos;
  • Conferir os relatórios de despesas, verificando se estão de acordo com a política definida pela empresa;
  • Prover materiais de escritório e criação das requisições de compras no sistema;
  • Dar suporte a eventos, apresentações para os clientes ou prospects com organização de coffee break, equipamentos e materiais;
  • Bom atendimento telefônico, aos clientes externos e internos;
  • Follow-up de assuntos solicitados pelos executivos;
  • Providências de inscrição em cursos e eventos (no exterior ou em território nacional) a serem realizados pelos executivos;
  • Coordenação para receber visitas internacionais, providenciando: agenda, transporte, hotéis e qualquer outro suporte que as mesmas venham a precisar no Brasil.
  • Pro atividade para estudar sobre inovações tecnológicas, casos referência, prover ideias criativas e disseminar novidades para o time de vendas

Quem você é:

Nós estamos procurando alguém que tenha iniciativa, perseverança e mantenha-se curioso.

  • Cursando secretariado executivo, administração, marketing ou cursos relacionados a Tecnologia de Informação em geral
  • Atitude e vontade de aprender
  • Fluência em inglês / espanhol desejável
  • Conhecimento avançado em pacote MS-Office - (Excel e Power Point Mandatório)
