職務内容

SAP製品の会計領域アプリケーション導入コンサルティング。具体的には、S/4HANA Cloud Public Editionを含むSAP S/4HANA導入プロジェクトへのリード/参画、導入プロジェクトの提案書作成及びスポットコンサルティングに従事いただきます。

必須スキル

•SAPのアプリケーションコンサルティングおよびシステム導入経験（目安として8年以上）

•SAPのアプリケーション（財務会計、管理会計）の、双方の製品知識・提案および導入経験をお持ちであること。

•SAP導入プロジェクト導入担当者として、管理会計エリアのチームリーダーとしての経験が複数回あること。また、プロジェクト導入フェーズの工程（プロジェクト準備、ビジネス設計、開発、テスト、本稼働準備）についての深い知識・計画作成および実行のご経験をお持ちであること。

•SAPのアプリケーション（財務会計、管理会計）の導入検討に関する構想策定支援および提案支援の経験をお持ちであること。

•本職種が関連する顧客部署の担当者との間で、システム的視点を踏まえた業務的視点での建設的な議論・会話を行えるスキル、および経験があること。

•少なくとも一つの業界に対してコンサルティングが可能な、業界業務知識・経験をもつこと。

•課題に対して、お客様に対して対策案を提示し、解決に導く等、問題解決能力をもつこと。もしくは、そのフレームワークが身についていること。

•困難な状況においても顧客、社員と良好な関係を築ける高い日本語コミュニケーション能力をもつこと。また、社内の他製品担当のコンサルタントと協業・連携できる、英語力・コミュニケーション力をもつこと。

•日本語（ネイティブレベル）

•英語（読み書き、および限定された業務の会話が可能なレベル。もしくはそのスキルを向上させる強い意欲があること）

歓迎スキル

•導入プロジェクトの提案作成が可能な経験・知識をもつこと。つまり、何らかのソフトウェア製品を顧客に導入する際に必要な、アプローチ、ソリューション、タスク、体制、工数を論理的に想定でき、それらの妥当性を説明できるシステム導入知識をもつこと（ERP製品であればなお可）。

•営業とともに顧客訪問しながら、顧客ニーズを正確に把握し、提案書を作成できる能力をもつこと。

•S/4HANA Cloud Public Editionを導入するプロジェクトでのFit to Standard推進や Preferred Successのデリバリーにもチャレンジしていきたい方。

•弊社ERP以外の製品知識をもつこと。

•Advanced Business Application Programming言語知識、開発ご経験。

•自社製品もしくはサービスのロールイン、ロールアウト責任者としてのご経験。

•最新テクノロジーのアドプション（例：ビジネスAI関連）コンサルティングの経験

•ビジネスAIのアドプションコンサルティングにも取り組んでいきたい方
