What You’ll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP D&P Core Platform Services iXp Intern - Support Engineer

Location: São Leopoldo, RS [hybrid position, 3 days per week working from the office]

Do you enjoy delivering great customer experience and interacting with customers and colleagues all over the world? Do you have a knack for digging into problems and constantly expanding and sharing your knowledge? If you answer yes, this role may be a great fit for you.

  • Help delight SAP customers by analyzing and resolving known errors through Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), solved customer incidents, documentation or troubleshooting logs and verifying the configuration.
  • Share knowledge by creating KBAs, discussing solutions with colleagues and participating in forums.
  • Learn technical and business topics through classroom training, remote training sessions, mentoring and e-Learning training.
  • Use AI tools, Language Models and Agents to execute tasks, improve processes and efficiency for supporting our customers.
  • Report errors to development teams when needed. - Conduct root-cause analysis of product and configuration issues through all support channels.
  • Monitor and enable SLA fulfillment via queue monitoring.
  • Cooperate closely with other Technical Support teams and Development Support.
  • Be a professional team member within the Technical Support organization.

What You’ll bring:

  • Studying IT or related with at least two years until graduation.
  • Has advanced English (oral and written) and is confident to be in contact with customers and colleague globally via e-mail, chat and phone.
  • Nice to have: basic knowledge in Network and/or programming logic.
  • The ability to troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills (oral/written).
  • Team player and contributes to a great environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and solution oriented individual.

D&P Core Platform Services is responsible to provide end-to-end support to cloud and on-premise SAP customers that have any solution based on Business Technology Platform. Our team handles 6 different product areas in Brazil and, in this position, we are recruiting for our Application Services product area, which helps our customers with Connectors, Communications and other applications used by our Customers.

All 6 product area teams are very closely integrated, providing a great environment for learning and development of their team members.
