Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Standardization and Design: Lead the development and implementation of a golden standard for our organization's contracting processes. This includes defining clear, detailed working instructions for all roles affected
    by the process, ensuring a high level of process consistency and quality.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with stakeholders in global commercial finance and legal departments to align on process design and harmonization. This involves facilitating effective communication, collaboration, and
    consensus-building to ensure efficient and harmonized workflows.
  • Performance Metrics and Improvement: Incorporate measurable KPIs into the process design to monitor efficiency and adherence. Utilize these KPIs to identify opportunities for process improvements and to drive
    continuous enhancement of our contracting processes.
  • Accountability and Ownership: Foster a culture of accountability within global commercial finance and legal departments. This entails promoting ownership of process KPIs and driving the continuous improvement of these
    metrics.
  • Future Process Improvement Roadmap: Continuously drive the roadmap for future process improvements, ensuring that the contracting process seamlessly integrates into the overall end-to-end process.
  • Integration of Contracting Solution: Leverage the implementation of Icertis as an opportunity to benchmark current processes against best practices and to drive alignment among all affected roles.

Education:

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in process management, contracting, or related fields.
  • Experience working with commercial, legal, and finance teams.
  • Familiarity with Icertis, CMS or similar tools (preferred).

Technical Skills:

  • Strong grasp of process management methods and best practices.
  • Skilled in defining and implementing KPIs.
  • Proficient in contract management software and tools for data analysis (e.g. SAC, Excel).

Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to analyze and interpret performance data to find trends and improvements.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills for process efficiency and quality.

Leadership and Communication:

  • Ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams, especially in finance and legal.
  • Strong consensus-building and negotiation abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear documentation and stakeholder alignment.

Project Management:

  • Ability to drive and complete projects on time with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Skilled in developing roadmaps and prioritizing process improvements.

Change Management:

  • Experience fostering accountability for process KPIs.
  • Ability to lead change initiatives and promote continuous improvement culture.
