What you’ll build

In this role, you will join the SAP Concur implementation team and support customers and partners with the functional and technical management of their Concur sites. You will work on clearly defined procedures and configuration tasks that help clients successfully operate and optimize their SAP Concur solutions.

Your responsibilities will include supporting configuration activities within client systems, contributing to implementation projects, and assisting partners with technical and functional inquiries. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and experts to deliver services to customers primarily across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine consulting, technical, and analytical work while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise software and global client environments. Through project work, case support, and collaboration with experienced consultants, you will develop strong expertise in SAP Concur solutions and consulting methodologies.

What you bring

Essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, plus German and/or Spanish
  • Strong analytical thinking and logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate with global teams
  • Motivation to learn new technologies and consulting practices

Early career profile:

  • University degree (or final year of studies) in Business, IT, Economics, or a related field
  • Interest in consulting, technology, and business process optimization
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating in a diverse international team

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in IT, consulting, or service-oriented roles
  • Basic understanding of system integrations or data exchange technologies (e.g., FTP, PGP)
  • Familiarity with financial systems or credit card implementations
