What you’ll do
Position Title: SAP CIS iXp Intern – Administrative Assistant
Location: São Leopoldo, RS (hybrid)
Expected start date to end date: July, 2025 – July, 2027

• We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team and leadership with day-to-day administrative operations.
• This non-technical role is essential in ensuring smooth workflows and effective coordination across the team.
• Key responsibilities include scheduling meetings, organizing team events, assisting management with operational tasks, tracking hour bookings, and supporting general team logistics.
• The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and thrives in a collaborative environment

What you bring:

We’re looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. You are very proactive and deliver with excellence and on time.

Desired skills:

• Proficient in English; Spanish is advantageous.
• Proficient in developing high-quality presentations using MS PowerPoint and experienced in creating data spreadsheets with MS Excel.
• Effective communication skill
