What you'll do:

As a Technical Intern specializing in AI applications, you'll have the unique opportunity to delve into cutting-edge technologies and play an essential role in the development and evaluation of AI-related projects. This role is designed to foster innovation, technical prowess, and teamwork within a diverse and inclusive environment.

• Engage in exploring and experimenting with SAP's generative AI capabilities.
• Assist in building experimental programs for proof of concept (PoC) projects.

Expectations & Tasks:

• Conducting feasibility studies to assess the potential impact and applicability of AI solutions.
• Experimenting with AI technologies and methodologies, particularly in the context of SAP's offerings.

• Building and testing prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility of proposed solutions.
• Collaborating with team members to refine AI models and applications.
• Documenting findings and sharing insights with the broader team to foster knowledge sharing.

Opportunity to Learn:

• SAP Analytics Cloud for advanced data analytics and insights generation.
• SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), expanding your skill set in cloud-based technologies.

What you bring:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Full time students currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program
• Commitment of 3-4 days per week for 6 month internship in Shanghai at least

Skillset:

• Proficient programming skills with a strong foundation in Python.
• Experience in prompt engineering and developing Chain of Thoughts methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• An eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BTP, and SAP HANA.

Meet your team:

The intern of SAP Labs China Labs Managing Director Office Team will work on innovation activities in the Labs Operation Team, including employee communications, university collaboration, Lab innovation topics, employee upskilling programs, and strategic AI programs. He/she will work with other Labs Operation Team members to ensure the smooth operation of Labs China.
