What You Will Do:

SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE) is a highly optimized relational database management system for mission critical transactional processing and operational reporting. It delivered high performance at a low total cost of ownership and is designed to run on any standard hardware and operating system.

SAP ASE is widely used in banking, stock trading, insurance and other data-intensive financial businesses. Now SAP ASE is being renewed for continuing supporting on-premise businesses and extending footprint to cloud as well.

After join us, you will:

- Focus on Software quality, performance and scalability.
- Build a strong foundation in relational database concepts.
- Contribute innovative new ideas to shape the product.
- Develop test plans, test framework, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual and automated testing against on-premise products and cloud services.
- Identify, document, and track software defects.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.
- Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and troubleshoot for the customer issues, and provide root cause analysis.
- Investigate to adopt AI technologies to improve test efficiency.

What You Bring:

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
- Commitment of 3 days per week for 6-month internship on-site.
- Experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools.
- Strong coding skills for automated test development. Hands-on experience on Java/Python is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills. Daily communication will be done in English.



Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience on Windows NT/Linux/Unix platform.
- Knowledge on relational database.
- Knowledge on performance and stress testing.
- Experience on CI/CD tools like jenkins, git.
