About the SAP Internship Experience Program

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, paid internship program that provides university students with the opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

What you'll do:

You will work in a multinational team in close cooperation with experts from all over the world with a focus on supporting customers from Asia Pacific. Next to technical skills, proficiency in English language is key, and Japanese speaking will be an advantage.

Your main tasks:

• Receive cases from customers, acknowledge receipt to the customer, and capture a comprehensive problem description.
• Review the information provided and either forward the case to the appropriate team or request additional details as necessary.
• Meet all SAP-related SLAs (IRT, ORT, and APT) in a timely manner.

• Undergraduate

• Degree in Finance, science or engineering is an advantage

• Great analytical skills

• English (professional proficiency). Japanese language skills are a plus.

• Open and professional communication style

• Solid team player who learns and adapts quickly

• Enjoy and derive satisfaction from direct interfacing with customers

• Can work minimum 4 days for at least 6 months duration

• Enrolled full-time and will graduate after 2027

PRC ERP FIN GRC APJ3 team belongs to the private cloud ERP solution area in technical support, which is the key organization behind SAP's core products, supporting SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA On-Premise and Private Cloud Edition.

Our team is committed to providing the technical support and real-time customer service to help our customers use, adopt, and maintain their SAP financial solutions. We are a team of subject matter experts who are obsessed with delighting our customers at every turn.
