PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

We seek an IT professional adept in agile development practices to deliver top-tier IT solutions for our usage-based business processes, contributing to the continuous evolution of our technological landscape.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

You will have the opportunity to be part of an agile team that will:

• Establish a trusted partnership with our internal business and technical counterparts and act as “ONE TEAM” from portfolio to delivery and then operation.
• Drive continuous improvement of IT Solution and Service quality with focus on stability, usability, maintainability and ultimately customer satisfaction.
• Automate as well as drive innovation and early adoption of new methods, technologies, and solutions in close cooperation with Product Development as well as other innovative teams.
• Develop skill and competency on latest business models, solutions, and technologies.
• Design, configure and test SAP applications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, design documents, and test scripts.
• Able to perform configuration tasks under high level guidance (e.g., mapping rules, invoice cycles, data replication).

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

We seek people with distinctive academic credentials, strategic thinking, superior problem-solving skills, and a strong professional track record of results. In addition, we place high value on relevant personal qualities: resourcefulness, tenacity, high-energy and self-confidence. Desired qualifications:

• Academic degree in Information Technology or Software Engineering, or comparable degrees.
• Experience with SAP ERP Sales & Distribution or pay-per-use billing solutions, especially SAP BRIM - Convergent Invoicing or willingness to learn.
• Good knowledge of financial and accounting processes.
• Understanding of high-volume billing processes independent of experience gained in telecom, high-tech, utilities or other high-volume industries.
• Basic understanding and willingness to learn agile software development, experience in SAFe methodology is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills in English language.
• Ability to work in an international, virtual team and act as a “team player”

WORK EXPERIENCE

• We are looking for at least 3 years’ professional work experience with SAP ERP solutions.
• Prior experience with SCRUM and Agile methodologies is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality software solutions within tight deadlines.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and facilitating effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A track record of continuous professional development and staying abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Working knowledge of Convergent Invoicing (Billable items, billing documents, invoicing processes, Aggregation rules, billing cycles, and account assignments) Basic ABAP debugging or reading logs is desired
