Digital Data Insight Analyst
Responsible for reviewing, processing, and analyzing large amounts of data related to customers, including demographic insights, competitive landscape, and revenue signals. This includes account profiling, segmentation, targeting strategy, and data monitoring to support pipeline creation through data-driven demand generation campaigns and sales activities. The individual serves as a key enabler of the sales cycle by delivering precise targeting and profiling services that help Sales teams identify, prioritize, and engage the right accounts at the right time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for complex analysis of business problems, with a focus on account profiling and market segmentation to support sales targeting strategies
Strong desire to develop sales skills and work in a sales-adjacent or sales role long term
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to present data insights clearly to sales stakeholders
Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems
Ability to organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
Ability to apply general rules to specific problems and provide answers that make sense
Great attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work

Collaboration: Creates internal alliances outside of the immediate team; acts as a data services partner to Sales and Marketing stakeholders
Communication: Able to communicate well in straightforward situations; translates data findings into actionable targeting recommendations for non-technical audiences

Analytical Thinking: Uses logic to arrive at solutions; applies structured frameworks to identify ideal customer profiles and prioritize target accounts
Problem Solving: Completes routine and straightforward tasks without requiring direct input from management
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
0–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, demand generation, market research, or a related field
Experience supporting sales or go-to-market teams with data, reporting, or research tasks is an advantage
Familiarity with account segmentation, lead scoring, or demand generation concepts preferred
Fresh graduates with strong analytical foundations and a clear interest in sales or commercial roles are welcome to apply
EXAMPLE ACTIVITIES
Collaborate with assigned Sales Development Executives and Sales teams to build account profiles and deliver targeted contact data required to engage and create demand
Execute account segmentation and scoring models to surface the highest-potential targets within an assigned territory
Utilize digital tools and strategies to uncover unseen potential, including whitespace analysis and look-alike account identification
Support sales plays by delivering pre-qualified target lists with enriched profiling data, reducing time-to-engage for Sales teams
Assist in demand generation activities and strategy for an assigned territory
