What you'll bring

You have a foundational understanding of customer service, workflow management, and data handling. Familiarity with how service requests are processed, a methodical and organized approach to work, and a willingness to learn established operations systems and processes will help you contribute from day one. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction are expected.

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences; bachelor’s degree would be advantageous
  • Fluent written and spoken English (C1 or higher); another language (German, French, Spanish) is a plus
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Experience in using CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure

What you'll build

You'll support sales operations service delivery by managing requests through defined workflows, prioritizing based on complexity and expertise. Maintaining accurate data and status records in related systems and communicating clearly with requestors, resolving straightforward service requests with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, and transferring complex requests to the appropriate experts or stakeholders are part of the regular work. You'll also contribute to process improvement and knowledge management activities under the guidance of more experienced team members.

As a member of the global Commercial Office team for SAP Business AI Platform (BAIP) you will get the opportunity to contribute to SAP’s success supporting sales engagement in EMEA, MEE, APJ, NA, LATAM, and GCN regions. The key aspects and responsibilities of your role will be:

  • Process customer quotes for smaller opportunities and complete the required paperwork for SAP Business AI Platform (BAIP) sales
  • Support BAIP sales transactions via SAP Store
  • Prepare contractual documents from template, facilitate legal language for deal specifics
  • Expedite adoption of special sales programs and promotions to maximize revenue opportunity
  • Act as an advisor for “SAP policies”

Working hours

  • Full time / Part time. 20-30 hours per week will typically be necessary to accomplish performance objectives and to provide satisfactory job presence and/or responsiveness
  • Flexibility as to the specific working hours may be required
  • Working from SAP office in Warsaw 1-2 days a week

Compensation Range Transparency

The salary range for this position is included in the job posting. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate will fall within that range and will depend on factors such as education, skills, experience, location, and scope of the role, as determined through the selection process. Where applicable, SAP may also provide variable incentive opportunities and additional benefits, subject to the terms of the relevant plans and policies. Any variable incentive amount is target-based, with actual payouts dependent on company and individual performance.
