PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

• Global Delivery Hub Americas SCM within SAP Customer Engagement & Adoption provides expertise in applications and technology areas to deliver amazing customer experience by bringing competence in what we do, commitment in how we deliver and character in how we lead.
• Our methodology is to engage proactively with our customers and to live a long-term engagement build on trust and respect. Our work is based on a holistic understanding of our customers’ business and a strong relationship to jointly improve IT & business operations and accelerate adoption of SAP Solutions, delivering end-to-end services including Max Success Plan, MaxAttention

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• As Business Consultant for Order to Cash Solutions, you will analyze functionalities like SAP S/4HANA OTC of our global customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. You have the chance to design and optimize complex IT landscapes, on which our largest customers run their businesses. Your area of responsibility will extend to deep technology root cause analysis and introduction of best practices for operations at complex Process Industries
• As our customers are global players and communication with our colleagues all over the world is daily business, very good English language skills are a must.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 3+ years of SAP Consulting experience with hands on implementing / configuring S/4HANA SD
• Mandatory Experience with Localization for Brazil, nice to have additional experiences with countries like Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Mexico.
• Experience with Settlement Management for S/4HANA Condition Contracts (SD rebate/condition contract settlement) is highly desired.
• Experience with transformation projects moving from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge about SAP S/4HANA Advanced ATP (aATP): rule based ATP, product allocation, backorder processing.
• Formal SAP certification in a related application area is a plus
• ABAP development and debugging skills a plus

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

• You have a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Logistics Management, or Business Information Systems/Computer.
• You are willing to travel, mainly inside Brazil (40%)
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
• You enjoy working in an international team
• You have passion for technology and architecture knowledge about SAP SCM Solutions
