What you'll build

In this role, you’ll do many of the following:

  • Conceptualize and design of solutions for business problems relating to build pre-configuration applications
  • Understand the business requirements of the stakeholders and translate them to application design
  • Develop tasks – Design, Coding, Testing and Maintenance
  • Work using Scrum and Lean Development methodology
  • Investigate, analyze complex problems; and resolve critical content related issues for S/4 HANA customers
  • Think independently and apply effective problem-solving skills.

What you bring

  • University degree (Bachelor, Diploma, Master) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related fields with above average results
  • 3-6 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA in either consulting, development or support role preferably in a broader context of Business Content (SAP Best Practices)
  • 3-5 years experience with ABAP, ABAP OO
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • 3-5 years experience in software development process
  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
  • Experience with working in international teams and/or customers required
  • Experience in project or development management is a plus

The S/4 HANA Сonnection Framework Team supports customers in an easy end-to-end implementation experience of S/4 HANA Cloud applications deployed via new Central Business Configuration (CBC). We deal with a newest configuration possibilities in S/4 HANA Public Cloud and as a central group we are involved in numerous projects and activities. But even more we analyse and and fix problems reported by our internal and external customers and we are always in close contact with them.

We are a global team mainly based in Walldorf/Germany and Poland (Warsaw) embracing a cooperative, professional, and fun working atmosphere. You will be part of a dynamic, creative team, that will allow you to unfold your individual potential. Our team builds configuration framework for S/4 HANA based on ABAP stack. CBC - S/4 HANA Connection Framework team works with lean/agile development methodology and working extensively with various internal stakeholders and customers/partners to make S/4 HANA implementation easy. Our new team members are provided with both a professional and a personal mentor/buddy to build up the necessary specialist knowledge together with the team and selected training courses.

Compensation Range Transparency

SAP believes pay transparency is essential for cultivating an honest, supportive, and inclusive culture, representing a significant step in our commitment to leading the way in achieving pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range, which includes both base salary and variable incentive targets for the career level of the posted role. The target range for this position is 213800 - 402700 (PLN) . The actual amount offered to successful candidates will fall within this range and will depend on factors such as education, skills, experience, and role scope, as determined during the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a target amount, with the actual payout depending on both company and individual performance.
