Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced RISE Sales Specialist to lead the MOVE Program across Southeast Asia (SEA). This role is pivotal in accelerating SAP’s cloud transformation agenda by transitioning customers from on-premise ERP landscapes to RISE with SAP.
The successful candidate will combine value-based solution selling, structured program leadership, and strong commercial acumen to drive systematic cloud adoption across enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end RISE solution sales engagements across enterprise customers.
- Own and drive the SEA MOVE Program, ensuring disciplined execution and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with IAEs to accelerate pipeline conversion and Safeshift initiatives.
- Manage full sales lifecycle — value positioning, commercial structuring, pricing strategy, negotiation, and closure.
- Act as commercial and solution anchor, aligning Architecture, Presales, Demand Management, and ecosystem partners.
- Drive forecast accuracy, deal cadence, and governance discipline.
Profile & Experience
- 12+ years in enterprise IT sales, including 5+ years in cloud or transformation roles.
- Strong knowledge of RISE with SAP, S/4HANA, SAP BTP, cloud infrastructure, and managed services.
- Proven track record in complex transformation deals.
- Experience leading structured programs with measurable commercial impact.
- Strong commercial capabilities — pricing, deal structuring, contract negotiation.
- Ability to translate technical complexity into clear executive-level business value.
- Excellent communicator and cross-functional leader.
