What you'll do

As part of the Telent Discovery Recruiting team, you will be part of the admin team for 28 recruiters in the EMEA region. Across UK, Ireland, Nordics, Benelux, Italy, France, Spain, Africa and the Middle East. You will provide support around interview set-up, feedback gathering, data research, system updates and a range of other admin activities. You will be involved in a multi-country team liaising with collagues from all around the region. An opportiunity to be invvolved in our business and make a critical impact on the hiring process.

What you bring

You will be an organised self starter, with excellent communication skills. Fast and efficient admin skills will be important in this role. The ability to learn new systems quickly and understand a compelx process flow is key. The capability to learn fast and become part of the team quickly will contribute to your success.
