Job Description

What you'll bring

You should be able to manage customer engagements from start to finish. This includes making sure that contracts are followed and revenue is protected. You will validate entitlements and onboarding plans. You will maintain Work@Risk governance and prepare for renewals. To prevent churn, you will monitor customer health. You will also promote SAP Private Cloud adoption and work with Enterprise Architects to identify and address risks.

You must have the Integrated Services Card (Bitaqat al-Khadamat al-Mutakamilah) issued by the Ministry of Social Solidarity as this role is for Persons with Disabilities based in Cairo.

What you'll build

  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for strategic RISE with SAP customers, owning the full engagement lifecycle from contract handover through renewal.
  • Orchestrate delivery across CE&A functions to meet contracted scope, cloud health standards, and customer business outcomes.
  • Lead reviews that focus on strategy and operations. Manage escalations and tackle incidents with the help of relevant stakeholders.
  • Drive customer adoption of clean core principles, RISE methodology, and SAP Business AI/Joule capabilities as part of the Autonomous Enterprise transformation journey.
  • Manage contract compliance, change requests, and delivery risk; support renewal and commercial growth in close collaboration with sales and customer success teams.
  • Align internal and external stakeholders across CE&A, CX, partners, and customer organizations.
  • Contribute to CDM community knowledge-sharing and best practice development across the region.

Where you belong

At SAP, you will be part of an inclusive, global community of CE&A (Customer Engagement and Adoption) focused to delivering noteworthy SAP Private Cloud outcomes and ensuring every customer realises the full value of their investment. Together, we foster a culture where accountability, strategic governance, and customer advocacy combine to safeguard revenue, drive adoption, and build lasting customer partnerships across the Private Cloud lifecycle.
